COLOR ACCURACY DISCLAIMER

We make every effort to present product colors as accurately as possible. All images are professionally photographed and edited for clarity, so slight variations between the photos and the actual product may occur.

Please note that differences in screen settings, including brightness, contrast, and color calibration, can also affect how colors appear. Such minor variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these potential differences.

 

ALTERATION

We offer alterations within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the request is made within this time frame. Please note that shipping costs for returning and re-sending the item are the customer’s responsibility.

Alterations are subject to feasibility and will only be accepted if possible. To ensure the best fit and minimize the need for adjustments, we strongly encourage consulting our size chart before placing your order.

Resizing services are available at an additional fee:

· Standard tailoring: 150 QAR per abaya

· Full abaya resizing: 300 QAR per abaya

Please note that resizing fees are separate from shipping and delivery charges, and all delivery costs (for returns or exchanges) are the customer’s responsibility.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Ready-to-Wear (RTW) pieces are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be canceled.

All sales on www.nissaproject.com are final, and we maintain a strict NO RETURN policy. Exceptions are made only for items that are defective due to a manufacturing fault and meet our conditions for return.

To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags) and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Each Nissa piece undergoes thorough quality checks before shipping. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@nissaproject.com or via WhatsApp at +974 77430177. Any pictures attached for reference would speed up the process.

Exchanges are accepted only if requested within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition, including all tags. Please note that customized items are not eligible for exchange.

 

REFUND

We do not provide a refund on the goods sold on www.nissaproject.com. They can only be returned for defects caused by us. 'Nissa Project' reserves all the rights to inspect and rectify the defect or replace the product. If we are unable to do so, then we will refund the money within 14 working days once the defective garment reaches us. All returned items will be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made.

 

CANCELLATION

Unfortunately, we do not offer cancellation or exchange once you place an order with us.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide via Aramex Express. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 working days. During peak seasons, delivery may take up to 3–21 working days.

إخلاء مسؤولية دقة الألوان

 نبذل قصارى جهدنا لعرض ألوان المنتجات بأكبر قدر ممكن من الدقة. يتم تصوير جميع الصور باحترافية وتحريرها لضمان الوضوح، لذلك قد تحدث فروقات طفيفة بين الصور والمنتج الفعلي.

يرجى ملاحظة أن اختلاف إعدادات الشاشات، بما في ذلك السطوع والتباين ومعايرة الألوان، قد يؤثر أيضًا على كيفية ظهور الألوان. لا تُعد هذه الفروقات البسيطة عيوبًا ولا يحق بسببها طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو الاسترداد. عند إتمام الطلب، فإنك تقر وتوافق على هذه الفروقات المحتملة.

التعديلات

.يرجى ملاحظة أن تكاليف شحن إعادة واستلام القطعة تقع على مسؤولية العميلة
.تخضع التعديلات لا ٕمكانية التنفيذ، ولن يتم قبولها إلا إذا كانت قابلة للتنفيذ. ولضمان أفضل مقاس وتقليل الحاجة للتعديلات، ننصح بالرجوع إلى جدول المقاسات قبل إتمام الطلب

الإرجاع والاستبدال

القطع الجاهزة (RTW) غير قابلة للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع ولا يمكن إلغاء طلبها.

 نهائية، ونتبع سياسة صارمة بعدم الإرجاع. تُستثنى فقط القطع التي تحتوي على عيب ناتج عن خطأ تصنيعي وتستوفي شروط الإرجاع.

ليكون المنتج مؤهلاً للإرجاع، يجب أن يكون بحالته الأصلية (جديد، غير مستخدم، غير ملبوس، غير معدل، غير مغسول، وبجميع البطاقات الأصلية) وأن يتم إرجاعه خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ التسليم.

تخضع كل قطعة من Nissa لفحوصات جودة دقيقة قبل الشحن. في حال استلام منتج تالف أو معيب، يرجى التواصل فورًا عبر البريد الإلكتروني info@nissaproject.com
 أو عبر واتساب على الرقم ‎+974 77430177. إرفاق الصور سيساعد في تسريع الإجراءات.

يُقبل الاستبدال فقط عند طلبه خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب، ويجب أن تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة وبحالتها الأصلية مع جميع البطاقات. يرجى ملاحظة أن القطع المصممة حسب الطلب غير قابلة للاستبدال.

الاسترداد

لا نقدم استردادًا للمنتجات المباعة على www.nissaproject.com
 إلا في حال وجود عيب ناتج عنا. تحتفظ “Nissa Project” بكامل الحق في فحص العيب وإصلاحه أو استبدال المنتج. وفي حال تعذر ذلك، سيتم رد المبلغ خلال 14 يوم عمل بعد استلام القطعة المعيبة. سيتم إعادة المبلغ إلى الحساب الذي تم الدفع منه.

الإلغاء

للأسف، لا نوفر خيار إلغاء أو استبدال الطلب بعد إتمامه.

الشحن والتوصيل

نقوم بالشحن إلى جميع أنحاء العالم عبر Aramex Express. يستغرق التوصيل القياسي عادةً من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل، وقد يستغرق خلال مواسم الذروة من 3 إلى 21 يوم عمل.
